Guarantee: A valid credit card (Visa / Mastercard) or proof of an instant bank transfer is required to guarantee and confirm your booking.

Use of Common Areas: The gardens, swimming pool, and shared spaces are for the exclusive use of registered guests. Respectful behavior towards staff and other guests is a fundamental requirement for your stay.

Access: Pets are welcome only by prior written agreement before your arrival.
Fees & Responsibility: An extra cleaning fee may apply. Guests are fully responsible for their pet's behavior and any damages caused.

Indoors: All our casitas and indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking.
Outdoors: Smoking is permitted exclusively in designated open-air areas. Please use the provided ashtrays to prevent fire hazards and littering.
